Crustless Pumpkin Pie
From the kitchen of MEAH56
15oz. can pumpkin
12oz. can evap. skim milk
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup Splenda (or to taste)
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.
Pour into sprayed (Pam) 9" pie plate
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. |
