Low Fat Yogurt Muffins

8 ounces Low Fat or Fat Free Yogurt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup blueberries
Combine dry ingredients
Blend in yogurt and milk until ingredients are moistened
Fold in fruit.
Fill muffin cups three quarters full.
Bake 400 degrees for 18 minutes
